2. We store data for a maximum of 3 years, but will remove any data without explanation needed, free of charge. Contact Jonathan@scaleswimming.com to find out what data we have stored about you, and to request us to remove any data from our databases.

3. We use data to develop our products, so we can help as many people as possible maximise their swimming sessions. We may also contact you from time to time, but you can easily opt out. Contact Jonathan@scaleswimming.com to opt out also.

4. We won't share your personal data with any other companies or clients unless we have been given authority to do so by you.

5. We do share non-personal data with other businesses, for statistical purposes, however you can easily remove your data from this pool by contacting jonathan@scaleswimming.com
